The National Bank of Australia transforms collections to prepare for a changing economy

Less than two years after the consulting engagement, the NAB’s collections business is handling three times the amount of activity for only 60 percent more cost. Its annualized recovery rate now leads the industry, and the loss rate within its credit card division has improved despite worsening economic conditions.
